For installers, engineers, architects and investors, Warsaw HVAC Expo will offer an opportunity to compare products, establish direct contact with manufacturers and explore technologies suitable for upcoming projects.

Industry Conferences and Expert Discussions

An important part of Warsaw HVAC Expo will be the HVAC Innovations Summit, the event's accompanying conference programme dedicated to technological developments, market trends and challenges facing the HVAC industry.

The conference programme from the previous edition included the 4th HVACR 360° Congress – Business, Trends and Premieres, which addressed important issues such as F-gas regulations, the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), new legal requirements and technological developments in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Other featured topics included the development of the heat pump market, energy efficiency, the modernisation of building installations and the growing importance of advanced cooling technologies, including those used in data centres.

The programme also featured discussions involving industry organisations, technical experts and representatives of the business community. The detailed agenda for the 2027 edition will be announced by the organisers.

Business Opportunities and Industry Networking

In addition to the exhibition and conference programme, Warsaw HVAC Expo will provide opportunities for professional networking. A dedicated B2B Networking Zone will support meetings between manufacturers, distributors, contractors and potential business partners.

The event will offer companies an opportunity to present their products to a specialised audience, exchange experiences and establish contacts that may lead to future cooperation.
