The hygienic air of Rahpooyan Fanavar Sadegh, which developed and produced the vaccine, is provided by Aldağ Air Conditioning Plant.

Rahpouyan Fanavar Sadegh (RFS), which develops and produces vaccines for Hib, pneumococcal and meningitis, preferred Aldağ A.Ş. as the supplier of the air handling unit that will ensure hygienic air conditions in its facility in Tehran.

Aldağ Hygienic Air Handling Unit with an air flow rate of 11,300 m³/h is in service at the facility, which designs and operates all procedures from production to packaging under the supervision of worldwide collaborations and leading international technology owners in this field.

The plants feature a multi-stage, highly efficient filtration system that purifies the conditioned fresh air supplied to the area, creating a 95-99% dust-free environment. The sealing of the panels and service doors of Aldağ air handling units, designed according to DIN 1946/04:2008 hygiene principles, is achieved with specially produced hygienic gaskets. The absence of sharp corners on the internal surfaces of the device prevents dust and dirt accumulation, and the surfaces can be easily washed and disinfected, facilitating maintenance and helping to maintain hygiene conditions.
