A significant leadership transition has taken place at Systemair Türkiye, a company operating in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector. With more than 30 years of experience across industrial valves, pumps, expansion tanks, and system technologies, Derya Çuha assumes responsibility for leading the company’s operations in Türkiye.
Meanwhile, Ayça Eroğlu, who previously served as General Manager and played a key role in the growth and development of Systemair Türkiye, will continue contributing to the organization as a Board Member, actively participating in strategic decision-making processes.
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1988, Derya Çuha later completed a master’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology at Portsmouth Polytechnic.
Çuha began her professional career at KSB, where she worked for 14 years in various positions and eventually advanced to Marketing and Sales Manager. She later held key roles at Grundfos as Customer Services and Marketing Manager, as well as Sales Director. A member of Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers, she most recently served as General Manager at Nema Winkelmann.
Commenting on her new role, Derya Çuha stated:
"Systemair Türkiye’s strong manufacturing infrastructure, engineering capabilities, and close collaboration with the global organization provide a valuable foundation for the future. By further strengthening this structure, I aim to contribute to sustainable growth both in the Turkish market and export activities. While maintaining quality and customer satisfaction as top priorities, I also consider increasing employee engagement and satisfaction equally important. I strongly believe that sustainable success can only be achieved with strong and motivated teams."
In her new position, Çuha will lead Systemair Türkiye’s operations, sales, and strategic initiatives, focusing on further strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities, engineering expertise, and global know-how. Her priorities will include advancing quality and customer satisfaction while also enhancing employee engagement and internal organizational culture.
