R-Flex's Eskişehir Facility Reaches Full Production Capacity, Consolidating Türkiye's Elastomeric Rubber Foam Manufacturing at a Single Site
ODE Yalıtım, Türkiye's largest insulation manufacturer with 100% domestic capital, has reached a major milestone in its production strategy by bringing its R-Flex elastomeric rubber foam facility in Eskişehir to full production capacity. With this achievement, the company has established the capability to meet Türkiye's entire elastomeric rubber foam demand from a single production site, setting a new benchmark for operational efficiency, production capacity, and supply responsiveness.
As part of its long-term investment strategy, ODE Yalıtım has consolidated its elastomeric rubber foam manufacturing operations in Eskişehir by relocating production previously carried out at its Çorlu facility. This strategic move streamlines manufacturing processes, improves operational efficiency, and positions the Eskişehir plant as the company's primary production hub for both the domestic market and international exports.
A US$25 Million Investment Program
ODE Yalıtım continues to strengthen its manufacturing infrastructure through its US$25 million investment program for the 2025–2026 period.
The investment includes modernization and capacity expansion at the company's glass wool facility in Çorlu, while transforming the Eskişehir R-Flex plant into a larger, more advanced manufacturing center. By centralizing production, ODE aims to improve delivery speed, respond more efficiently to growing domestic demand, and expand its export capacity.
The company also plans to continue investing in the Eskişehir facility beyond the current program. During the 2026–2027 period, approximately US$5 million will be allocated to additional machinery and equipment, digitalization, modernization, and capacity expansion projects.

Highlighting the strategic importance of the Eskişehir investment, Ozan Turan, Vice Chairman of the Board of ODE Yalıtım, said:
"With the commissioning of our Eskişehir facility at the end of 2022, we became the largest manufacturer of technical insulation products in the region stretching between China and Germany. Today, we export our products to more than 80 countries across six continents. Reaching full production capacity at our Eskişehir facility significantly enhances not only our manufacturing capabilities but also our competitiveness in global markets. This increased capacity will enable us to deepen our presence in existing markets while expanding into new ones."
