As the first company to manufacture all three product groups — elastomeric rubber foam, glass wool and stone wool — under one roof, ODE Insulation provides solutions for the diverse needs of building services, industrial applications and industrial facilities through its ODE R-Flex, ODE Starflex and ODE Rockflex brands.

Technical insulation applications play an important role in building services and industrial systems, not only in terms of energy efficiency and performance but also in improving operational efficiency.

The company is also supporting its technical insulation product portfolio with investments in manufacturing. As part of its USD 25 million investment program, ODE Insulation completed a comprehensive modernization project at its glass wool production facility in Çorlu, upgrading its production infrastructure and automation systems to increase both capacity and efficiency.

Production of ODE R-Flex, the company’s elastomeric rubber foam product range, has been consolidated at its Eskişehir facility. With the facility reaching full production capacity, ODE Insulation has achieved a production scale capable of meeting Türkiye’s demand for elastomeric rubber foam from a single manufacturing center. In the coming period, the company plans to invest an additional approximately USD 5 million in machinery and equipment, digitalization, modernization and capacity expansion at its Eskişehir facility.
