İSİB Organized National Participation Organization to Hungarotherm Fair
Turkish HVAC&R Exporters Association (İSİB) organized a National Participation organization for the Hungarotherm Fair held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, between March 29 and April 2.
The 11th Hungarotherm Fair, which is organized for the 11th time this year, is the largest structural engineering summit in Hungary, featuring products and technologies in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and structural engineering. This year, 12 companies from Turkey participated in the fair, which attracted approximately 400 exhibitors and over 40 thousand visitors.
İSİB was represented by Levent Aydın, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Zeki Özen, Member of the Board of Directors.
Undersecretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Hungary Özkan Duman and Trade Counselors of the Republic of Turkey Tahire Nur Durmuş and Sedat Karaoğlu visited the stands of İSİB and Turkish exhibitors and exchanged information about the trade relations between the two countries. In addition, ITO Board Members Yakup Köç and Zeki Akbal paid a courtesy visit to İSİB stand and had a meeting with İSİB Vice Chairman Levent Aydın and İSİB Board Member Zeki Özen.
Stating that Hungarotherm Fair is important for Hungary and regional countries, İSİB Vice Chairman Aydın said the following about the fair: "Hungary's foreign trade size in the air conditioning sector is approximately 4.7 billion dollars. As the Turkish HVAC&R sector, we rank 13th among the imports in the country. Especially Germany has a weight in the country due to geographical proximity. In order to promote our sector more effectively in this country, we participated in the Hungarotherm Fair with 12 Turkish companies. A few of our companies held their commercial negotiations at the İSİB stand. As İSİB, we were pleased to host our sector companies and our guests in Hungary at our booth during the fair and to host meetings."
