Embraco Showcases Next-Generation Compressors and Cooling Solutions at Chillventa 2026
Embraco presented its expanding portfolio of solutions spanning refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning applications at Chillventa 2026, held in Nuremberg, Germany, from October 13 to 15, 2026. The company highlighted integrated electronic control solutions, next-generation scroll compressors and technologies designed to improve energy efficiency across HVAC&R applications.
Operating under Nidec Global Appliance, Embraco showcased a comprehensive range of compressors, electronic controls, cooling systems and integrated technologies at Chillventa 2026. The company focused on solutions designed to simplify product development, reduce energy consumption, improve system performance and streamline maintenance operations.
Key highlights included the Sync it All Pro system, delivering energy savings of up to 30%, Embraco Pulse scroll compressors featuring digital capacity modulation technology, an inverter-ready compressor range and the Bioma+ condensing unit compatible with A1 and A2L refrigerants.
Sync it All Pro Delivers Up to 30% Energy Savings
One of Embraco's major highlights at Chillventa 2026 was the second generation of its Sync it All Pro integrated system. Combining variable-speed compressors, variable-speed fans, a controller and the YouControl setup tool, the solution was developed to improve energy efficiency and operational performance in refrigeration applications.
During the Specialist Forum, Embraco Application Engineering Manager Peter Buksar and EMEA Sales Director Gilmar Pirovano presented the results of case studies conducted using Sync it All Pro.
The presentations examined how integrated system components work together to improve performance and reduce energy consumption, with case studies demonstrating energy savings of up to 30%.
Visitors were able to explore the system through a dedicated demonstration area at Embraco's booth. Sync it All Pro was displayed in a fully operational commercial reach-in refrigerator powered by an Embraco monoblock unit, with equipment performance monitored in real time through the YouControl interface.
Interactive touchscreens also provided access to case studies illustrating the system's benefits throughout the product lifecycle, from development to field operation and maintenance.
Embraco Pulse and Inverter-Ready Scroll Compressors Take Center Stage
Embraco also showcased its expanding scroll compressor portfolio for refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning applications.
Among the highlights was Embraco Pulse, a solution featuring digital capacity modulation technology designed to provide greater temperature stability, lower energy consumption and quieter operation.
The solution combines a scroll compressor, controller and essential system components in an integrated package engineered to ensure seamless operation.

Another important development was the company's Inverter-ready compressor range, featuring selected fixed-speed three-phase scroll compressors prepared for operation with a frequency inverter.
These compressors can operate in conventional on/off mode or be equipped with an inverter to enable variable-speed operation.
This flexibility allows cooling capacity to be adjusted according to demand, supporting improved temperature control, lower energy consumption and increased cooling capacity when required.
Bioma+ Expands Compatibility with A1 and A2L Refrigerants
Embraco introduced the latest evolution of its Bioma condensing unit family for cold room applications, the Bioma+.
The new version has been developed to operate with both A1 and A2L refrigerants, supporting greater flexibility in refrigerant selection and the transition toward more sustainable refrigeration solutions.
Bioma+ retains the main features of the established product family, including a compact footprint, easy maintenance and low-noise operation.
According to Embraco, the new-generation unit is designed to provide flexibility and operational convenience for cold room applications.

VEHD and VLT Compressors Expand the Product Portfolio
At Chillventa 2026, Embraco also presented recent additions to its fixed-speed and variable-speed compressor portfolio.
The VEHD, the second generation of the VEH variable-speed compressor family, delivers 15% higher energy efficiency compared with previous models in the lineup.
The compressor is designed for a range of refrigeration applications, from refrigerated merchandisers to food service equipment.
Another product highlighted at the event was the VLT variable-speed compressor, featuring an ultra-compact 12 cm frame.
Developed for commercial freezers and refrigerators, the VLT combines low-noise operation with a dual-voltage and dual-frequency inverter.
Despite its compact dimensions, the compressor delivers cooling capacity comparable to larger fixed-speed models, creating new possibilities for commercial refrigeration equipment design.

Embraco Strengthens Its Presence Across HVAC&R Applications
Chillventa 2026 highlighted Embraco's strategy to expand beyond traditional refrigeration applications into a broader range of heating and air-conditioning solutions.
By combining compressor technologies with electronic controls and integrated systems, the company aims to deliver improvements in energy efficiency, temperature management, system performance and maintenance efficiency.
Through product presentations, technical sessions and live demonstrations, Embraco introduced its evolving technology portfolio to international HVAC&R professionals, reinforcing its focus on integrated solutions for the industry's changing requirements.
