Doğu İklimlendirme Contributes to Deloitte Digital Malta Office Project with High-Efficiency Heat Recovery Solutions
Doğu İklimlendirme took part in the Deloitte Digital office project implemented in Malta by Deloitte, one of the world’s leading audit, consulting, and technology companies, by supplying high-efficiency heat/energy recovery units.
This prestigious investment by Deloitte—well known for its globally recognized projects—once again highlighted Doğu İklimlendirme’s engineering expertise, internationally compliant product range, and strong reputation as a reliable solution partner.
Flexible and Efficient Solution with Doğu İklimlendirme’s Patented CFHR-U Unit
Within the scope of the project, the CFHR-U Universal Type Counterflow Heat Recovery Unit from Doğu İklimlendirme’s heat/energy recovery product group was selected. Featuring a unique design patented exclusively by Doğu İklimlendirme, the unit stood out with its flexible structure tailored to the architectural and operational requirements of the Deloitte Digital Malta office.
Offering three different installation options, the CFHR-U significantly simplified on-site implementation. Its reversible right- and left-hand service access provided major advantages in maintenance and servicing. Thanks to its high-performance counterflow heat recovery technology, the system supported energy efficiency while ensuring balanced and healthy indoor air quality throughout the office. The low-noise fan structure and high-insulation casing design contributed to a comfortable working environment.
The plug-and-play control system and full compliance with ERP 2018 regulations further strengthened the unit’s performance in terms of both user comfort and operational energy efficiency.
Compact, Smart, and Quiet Ventilation with CFHR-A
Another solution preferred in the project was the CFHR-A Heat Recovery Unit, which attracted attention with its compact design, advanced smart control features, and high-efficiency technical infrastructure. Its control system, which automatically adapts to seasonal conditions, ensured uninterrupted and balanced air circulation throughout the office.
EC plug fan technology combined with optimized airflow enabled quiet operation and enhanced comfort. The unit is equipped with a standard G4 panel filter on the supply air side, while optional F7 high-efficiency filters are available based on project requirements. The standard control board supplied with the unit allows precise airflow control at the desired air volume.
Key features such as counterflow heat recovery technology, a 100% by-pass damper, a double-skinned casing with 50 mm mineral wool insulation, and a plug-and-play control system supported both energy efficiency and ease of operation. Optional humidity and CO₂ sensors enable automatic monitoring of indoor air quality, while the integrated electric post-heater, fresh air intake and exhaust dampers, and bottom service access offer flexibility for diverse project needs and simplify maintenance processes.
IoT-Enabled Solutions Aligned with the Digital Office Concept
Developed with an innovative engineering approach, Doğu İklimlendirme solutions supported the modern architectural concept of Deloitte’s digital office project in Malta while contributing to the creation of a comfortable, healthy, and highly efficient indoor climate.
Thanks to the IoT-based infrastructure, system performance can be monitored and controlled via mobile devices, demonstrating strong alignment with Deloitte’s digital office vision. The selection of Doğu İklimlendirme solutions for this prestigious project once again proves the company’s international engineering capabilities and its growing global portfolio of successful projects.
