Compact and Energy-Efficient Solutions with EBITT Inline Circulation Pumps

Efficient fluid circulation in heating, cooling and domestic water systems plays an important role in the energy performance and operational continuity of HVAC systems. NCL / NCLD and WDRIVE NCL / NCLD inline circulation pumps offer solutions for a wide range of applications, from commercial buildings to industrial facilities, with their compact design, high-efficiency motor options and product alternatives that can be adapted to different operating requirements.

Compact Installation with Inline Pump Design

The NCL / NCLD series features an inline flanged connection design that allows direct integration into the piping system. The monoblock and coupling-free design enables a more compact pump installation while also helping to reduce the number of mechanical components.

The pumps feature a cast iron body and composite impeller and are available with high-efficiency IE3 and IE4 motor options. With an IP54 protection rating, the products can operate at 50/60 Hz with a 230/400 V (±10%) electrical supply.

With a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, the series is suitable for fluid temperatures ranging from -20°C to +120°C and can be used in heating, cooling and domestic water circulation applications.

Single and Twin Pump Options in the NCL and NCLD Series

The NCL / NCLD product family includes fixed-speed inline circulation pump options. The monoblock series is available with high-efficiency IE3 and IE4 motor alternatives, while the NCLD twin-pump version enables different configurations to be created according to system requirements.

An EEI ≥ 0.40 value is specified for the product family.

Twin-pump solutions can provide additional flexibility in system design, particularly in applications where operational continuity is important. Depending on project requirements, either single-pump or twin-pump configurations can therefore be selected.

Variable-Speed Operation with WDRIVE NCL / NCLD

WDRIVE NCL / NCLD models bring variable-frequency operation to the product family. The design features an inverter integrated into the pump, with a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) integrated into the motor.

In addition to an LCD display and programmable control modes, analog sensor integration is supported. Variable-speed operation makes it possible to control pump performance according to changing system operating conditions.

This feature is particularly useful in HVAC systems where flow requirements vary throughout the day or under different operating conditions, helping pump control adapt to system requirements.

Wide Range of Applications for HVAC and Industrial Systems

One of the key advantages of the inline design is that the pump can be integrated directly into the piping system, enabling a more compact mechanical system layout. The coupling-free monoblock design can also help reduce maintenance requirements and limit mechanical risks.

The NCL / NCLD and WDRIVE NCL / NCLD series are designed for use in HVAC systems, commercial buildings, heating and cooling systems, and industrial applications.

By offering single-pump, twin-pump and variable-frequency options, the product family enables systems to be scaled according to different capacity and control requirements. This allows different pump configurations to be created for projects aiming to achieve high performance within a minimal installation footprint.
