ATC and Maico Group Join Forces in HVAC Industry

Air Trade Center (ATC), which carries out its activities in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) with over 5 years of experience, has grown successfully since its establishment and has managed to open up to the world from Turkey. This success turned into a great partnership with the participation of Maico, one of the important players of the HVAC industry, which was founded in Germany in 1928. With the agreement signed on April 4, 2023, the majority shares of ATC were purchased by the German company Maico. As a result of this merger, Dağhan İnal was appointed as the General Manager of the Air Trade Center; shareholdings of Sadin Tellioğlu and Artur Altunkeser continue in the same way.
