Aldağ Air Handling Units to Serve Guwlymayak Residential Complex

With the approval of the President of Turkmenistan, a new residential complex comprising housing units, a secondary school, a kindergarten, and a shopping and entertainment center is preparing to open in the town of Guwlymayak.

The construction works were carried out comprehensively in line with high-quality and durable architectural standards, with the aim of helping bridge the gap between urban and rural living standards.

Guwlymayak, formerly known as Kuuli-Mayak, is located on the Caspian Sea coast in the Türkmenbaşy District of Turkmenistan's Balkan Province.

The new residential complex in Guwlymayak includes six residential buildings with 32 apartments each, four buildings with 40 apartments each, and two buildings with 60 apartments each, as well as a secondary school with a capacity of 320 students, a 120-bed kindergarten, and a shopping and entertainment center.

Air handling units manufactured by Aldağ A.Ş., with capacities ranging from 2,200 to 14,000 m³/h, will serve the complex and contribute to its HVAC infrastructure.
