AIRONN Held a Conference in Baku for the Reconstruction of Karabakh
On November 17, 2022, Aironn Air Conditioning Inc. held the "Road, Bridge and Tunnel Conference for the Re-establishment of Karabakh" in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
The keynote speakers from the Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations, Azerbaijan Highways Administration and Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University were among the speakers of the conference, where the opening speech was made by Cahit Bağcı, Ambassador of Türkiye to Azerbaijan. At the conference, Aironn A.Ş. Following the information given by Mansour Aminian, the Overseas Sales Manager, about the company, Deputy General Manager and R&D Group Manager Efe Ünal made a technical presentation on tunnels.
Azerbaijan allocated a budget of 1.29 billion dollars in the 2021 budget and 1.57 billion dollars in the 2022 budget for the renewal of the infrastructure and superstructure that was destroyed and neglected during the 30-year Armenian occupation. There are 33 tunnels on the 50-kilometer section of the 1850-kilometer road, the construction of which has been completed and continues. The planned highways are aimed to be completed by 2025. Turkish companies come to the fore in the reconstruction of Karabakh. One of them, Aironn A.Ş., has been working hard for a while to strengthen its influence in the region.
