Erensan, Turkey’s leading name in the machinery sector and manufacturing industry has finalized an agreement, after a year of negotiations, with French air conditioning giant, The Atlantic Group. At the official contract signing held at the Istanbul Swiss Hotel, Erensan Chairman Ali Eren stated that the Atlantic Group had bought 25% of their company. “This agreement means that some Atlantic Group brands, such as Atlantic, Ygnis and Hamworthy, will be produced at our plants in Istanbul and Yozgat.”
